    Though this `review`is based solely on customer service, I would like to share my experience. As a returning employee to the town of Jasper for 4 years, I've ordered from Northface many times. As of recently, I had a horrible experience with a Northface employee calling my cell and raising his voice telling me to "not waste their time," among other things, and hanging up on me. All of this for cancelling a single poutine order about a minute after originally calling- with a bunch of food we had already ordered on it's way at the time. I have never been treated so rudely from anyone in the customer service industry - especially not in Jasper. Thanks to him, myself and other staff members will no longer be eating at Northface.
